Customer Service Officer - Issue Resolution

This post is looking for a Customer Service Officer - Issue Resolution Specialist, responsible for providing excellent care and services to both customers and clients. The role will require you to provide a positive and pro-active resolution service for any issues that customers may have before, during or after their holiday. This will vary from routine queries to complex complaints therefor you will need to work with the customer and colleagues throughout the business to achieve the best solution.

The role is office based within superb team environment with exceptional benefits package & generous bonus scheme too.
Hours are 5 days out of 7 with weekend work on a rota basis to include weekends off too but flexible working is required, latest shifts are worked is 7pm.

The team are offering great benefits & generous financial incentive with this post for the ideal candidate who will have the following skills in addition to good numeracy & data interpretation:
*Experience in the travel and tourism sector - desirable but not essential
*Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
*Proven negotiator in difficult situations
*Experience with high volumes of calls
*Proven customer service experience
*Key organisation skills
*Experience with conflict resolution
* Able to work in a customer focused issue resolution role
You will have great communication skills by email & phone and enjoy working within a team too. You will be proactive, reliable and have the ability to spot problems and prevent escalation. You will also have a strong track record with providing excellent customer service/care and successfully resolving complaints.
