Customer Service in the Sales Office

Our client who is an expanding enthusiastic business are now looking for a new Customer Service agent in their Sales team to join their team on a permanent basis, based in Wotton-Under-Edge. They are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.

If you have telephone handling experience and you are looking to secure a new opportunity within a sales environment, this role would be very suited to you. Please note this role does not include cold calling.

Candidate Responsibilities;
Excellent customer service
- Inbound call handling from new and existing customers
- Outbound calling to generate business

- Upselling when appropriate

- Managing customer enquiries, orders and quotations

- Administrative tasks

Candidate Attributes;
- Confident speaking to customers

- Telephone handling experience
- Punctual
- Computer literate
- Team player

Hours- Monday to Friday 8.30am- 5.30pm

Salary- Up to £20,000 DOE basic plus bonus (maximum bonus can be up to £225.00 per month)
