Our Midlothain based client is looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their friendly and supportive team. Key to this position is to provide outstanding customer service and sales support.

This is a fantastic opportunity for those wanting a challenge in a highly rewards based environment. Your day to day role will be to build and maintain relationships client side, offering the best customer service at all times with a real focus on gaining market share for the company.

Key skills and competencies required:

  • Previous experience in customer service/sales role, preferable
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multi task and prioritise
  • Sound computer skills, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Appreciation and an interest in providing exceptional customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (Positive, motivated)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
