Our client, a nationwide distributer of a luxury product, are currently seeking a customer service superstar to manage orders and stock across a broad range of accounts. The role is fast paced and requires a candidate who will thrive in a buzzy working atmosphere.

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 8am- 5pm

The company are offering 28 days holiday including the bank holidays, company pension scheme, target driven bonus and generous employee discount of all products.

Role responsibilities:

• Providing strong customer service to all clients and customers via telephone and email

• Building good relationships with both clients and suppliers

• Processing high volume orders with accuracy

• Investigating and responding to complex enquiries within agreed SLA’s

• Updating customers records on a regular basis

• Working to sales and customer service department targets

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 6 months customer service experience

• Keen eye for detail

• Quick to pick up product knowledge

• Strong data entry

• High Microsoft Office skills

• Order processing experience desirable

• B2B experience desirable
