A world-class leader in power tools development and innovation is looking for a passionate and customer-focussed Customer Service Executive to join their $7Bn turnaround business.
If you know your DIY you might know some of their brands including Milwaukee, RYOBI, Vax, Dirt Devil, AEG and many more!
As their Customer Service Executive, you'll be working closely with the account management, supply chain and logistical teams to manage customer orders, handling all general and order-specific enquiries and complaints. You will also be involved with order processing including the arranging of freight import and export of stock.
- Proven customer service experience in an office environment
- Experience with order processing is highly advantageous
- Data entry, typing and analytical skills
- Excellent telephone manner
