Customer Service Executive

Adecco have an exciting role just in today for an experienced Customer Service Executive to join our local client on a permanent basis. The working hours are Monday - Friday 10am - 4pm

This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated individual with excellent customer relationship management skills and an outstanding telephone manner. You must be enthusiastic and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

To be considered for the role you must be:

* A strong focus on converting incoming and outgoing calls into sales using professional sales call handling techniques
* Supplying customers, with the correct information in a timely and cost effective manner
* A strong focus on maintaining or exceeding expected/targets
* These will involve quote conversions and prospect sales calls
* Building a strong rapport with new and existing customers
* Building a strong supplier and product knowledge

To be considered you must have the following:

* Confident and courteous telephone manner
* Excellent organisational skills
* Have good clear communication skills and be computer literate
* Self-starter who can also work in a small team
* Self-motivated and target driven
