Customer Service Executive

Our Evesham based client is looking to recruit a Customer service Executive to join their friendly and forward thinking team.

You will accurately process customer orders, free of charge stock issues and returns in a timely manner ensuring that in all cases we are processing the agreed product at the agreed price to the agreed destination within the customers' timescale expectations.

Liaise with customers (external and internal) to make certain they are kept fully updated on any changes or activity on their orders and of any possible discrepancies.

Ensure that all transactions are loaded onto SAP at the earliest opportunity and that all relevant communication is attached to the order in SAP and that any blocked items are regularly reviewed and resolved keeping the customer fully informed on progress.

Key responsibilities:
*Process customer orders, sample requests (FOC's), and product returns (ARM's) in a consistent manner in accordance with the company standard operating practices.
*Process orders in accordance with the customer's delivery requirements and agreed pricing
*Strive to enter all orders onto SAP on the day the order is received - other than those received after 4:30pm.
*Be flexible to be able to process any order from any customer to be able to support the department at times of peak activity or during periods of holiday / sickness
* Work in a well-organized, consistent way in the department so that colleagues can easily see what work is completed and what may be work in progress at any time
*Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment - following up to ensure resolution
*Follow the requirements of the Quality Management system
*Follow Health and Safety and Environmental requirements
*Any other duties as reasonably required
