Customer Service Executive for Consultancy in SW London - £20 - £25,000

A market-leading, well established consultancy in South West London is looking for bright and proactive customer service executives to join them in their top floor offices. You will be a vital part of their customer service team, ensuring that the company maintains it's fantastic reputation with customers and clients alike.

About the Role

  • Handle all incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner, redirecting enquiries to the relevant person or department
  • Meet and greet guests in a polite and welcoming manner
  • Processing requests for e-learning, setting up users profiles and responding to enquiries in a timely manner
  • Setting up the training rooms according to requirements
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support for the Directors and other senior members of staff
  • Co-managing the smooth running of the office through sorting post, arranging couriers and ordering stationery

About You

  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Strong organisational skills and an attention to detail
  • Ability to handle information with discretion
  • Ability to manage time effectively, working to deadlines
  • Enjoys working with a large variety of people

Salary and Hours

Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pmIn return you will be offered between £20 and £25,000 per year
