You will be a vital part of their customer service team, ensuring that the company maintains it's fantastic reputation with customers and clients alike.
About the Role
- Handle all incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner, redirecting enquiries to the relevant person or department
- Meet and greet guests in a polite and welcoming manner
- Processing requests for e-learning, setting up users profiles and responding to enquiries in a timely manner
- Setting up the training rooms according to requirements
- Provide ad hoc administrative support for the Directors and other senior members of staff
- Co-managing the smooth running of the office through sorting post, arranging couriers and ordering stationery
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Strong organisational skills and an attention to detail
- Ability to handle information with discretion
- Ability to manage time effectively, working to deadlines
- Enjoys working with a large variety of people
Salary and Hours
Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pmIn return you will be offered between £20 and £25,000 per year
