You will be the main point of contact for any residents moving into their new build properties if they have any questions or queries. You will have to build strong and long-lasting relationships with the Customers and the Site Teams to ensure that you are kept up to date with the progress of the projects. If there are any repairs or defect issues this will be passed onto a member of the maintenance team in order to solve however it is your role to keep the communication link to the customer strong. Ideally the right candidate will have experience working in a similar sort of role with good knowledge of the construction industry.
