We are currently recruiting Customer Service Advisors to join a Market Leading Global Healthcare Provider based in Brighton.
In this role you will provide first time resolution on all inbound calls from customers who are logging their initial query in regards to treatment needed. You will be putting the customer at the centre of everything you do and putting forward ideas for the continual improvement of the customer experience.
Your individual performance will be a key contribution to the department achieving all targets for quality, productivity, compliance and regulation.

Days - Monday - Friday between 7am - 7pm.
3pm - 11pm or 4pm - Midnight
You will be required to work one weekend day once in every 4 weeks
Start Date - 13th August 2018
