Customer Service Co-ordinator

A motivated Customer Service Sales Administrator is required for our market-leading manufacturing client based in Andover, Hampshire. This exciting role would suit an experienced customer service / sales admin professionals with good admin, ERP or forecasting systems, Import/export, logistics, process orders experience. The ideal customer service admin will have excellent MS office skills and have excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Sales admin candidates with experience of export, freight forwarding shipping distribution documentation experience are required. In return there is a good salary package (circa £20-24k) plus benefits including a generous 10% employer contribution pension scheme and the chance to work for a fast growing, well established and highly reputable company. This is a permanent full time role based in Andover, the hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm. Please make sure you are commutable to Andover site and can do these hours on a permanent full time basis.

The ideal customer service / sales administrator will have the following skills and experiences;


Good customer service, sales administrator, sales documentation experience
Good experience of process orders, ERP systems, Forecast systems or similar
Excellent MS Office Skills- Word, Excel, Outlook
Good numeracy and literacy and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner- you must be professional and friendly as will be dealing with distribution clients
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and precision skills
Organised and good ability to prioritise workload

Sales admin candidates with experience of export, freight forwarding shipping , international courier systems, distribution and shipping documentation experience


IMDG/ADR awareness/ Dangerous Goods exports experience knowledge

You must have excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy as you will be dealing with sales documentation and customer calls.

Reporting into the Customer Service and Marketing manager, this customer service co-ordinator will be responsible for the following;

Customer Service, Customer Support -Process Orders, contracts, quotations, delivery booking in
Admin support-Arranging transport with UK distribution clients -Export, couriers,
Use ERP and forecasting systems
