CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR - Fixed Term Contract

Are you IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE? Looking for opportunities in YORK CITY CENTRE? How about a 8-month project to see you though till end of Sep.

We are working with a fantastic company based in York city centre who are looking for Customer Service Executives to join their friendly team.

  • £24,380.
  • Starting ASAP.
  • Monday - Friday - 9am - 5:30pm
  • One full weekend a month with a day off in lieu.

The purpose of this position is to deliver a first-rate experience to our customers!

Your key responsibilities are to:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers when they require support before and whilst on tour.
  • Answer both inbound and make outbound calls to existing customers and responding to email enquiries.
  • Issuing booking confirmations.
  • Processing web bookings.
  • Resolving queries.
  • Supporting the administration of holiday cancellations.
  • Discussing other available options with customers.
  • Booking UK rail and hotel requirements to enhance the customers’ experience.
  • Arranging visas.
  • Carrying out mobility checks to ensure customers’ mobility expectations are met.

Key skills needed for the role:

  • Proven experience of working in a customer service environment.
  • Strong desire and passion to deliver an amazing customer experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to quickly develop strong relationships.
  • Able to work to tight deadlines with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to demonstrate an engaging and enthusiastic interest in travel.
  • Creative in solving problems.
  • Good time management and prioritisation skills.
