An exciting opportunity has arisen for a number of Customer Service Advisors to join our vibrant and busy call centre with an innovative approach to delivering recruitment and training solutions to unemployed people across the country. We are looking for outgoing, enthusiastic people to come join our welcoming team. Progression opportunities available after probation period. No outbound sales included within the role.
As a Customer Service Advisor, your duties will include:
1.Organise and match candidates to jobs/training
2.Liaise with candidates over the telephone to carrying out telephone interviews
3.Contact applicants via telephone, email and post
4.Sort through applicants and referrals to identify successful candidates
5.Promote training and job opportunities
6.Provide other administration support within the department when needed
7.Work accurately towards deadlines
8.Dealing with a high level of customer calls
9.Printing and scanning
10.Using Microsoft applications
·Call centre experience is desirable but not essential
·Computer literate using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
·Confident telephone manner
·Temporary to Permanent opportunity
Full time hours: Monday - Friday / 9am - 5pm
