Role: Customer Service Advisor
My client is a fast growing and innovative insurance company in the heart of Kent based in West Malling. They are currently looking for a passionate Customer Service Advisor who has a real drive to go above and beyond for every single client.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be taking Customer Service calls from clients looking to take out different types of insurance, primarily travel, for their upcoming holidays. The Customer Service calls you will be taking will be varied throughout the day and will include:
- Assisting with online quotations
- Medical screening
- Payment collecting
- Documentation send outs
Relevant attributes for this role will include:
- Customer service experience
- Call Centre experience (not essential)
- Rapport building skills
- Good Communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner
