FIG People are looking for a bright, enthusiastic individual to provide a high level of customer service as the first point of contact to potential customers in line with the finance industry regulatory framework.
The company is a rapidly growing consumer lender based on the outskirts of Blackpool. They are undergoing huge growth in terms of people, size and profits. Salary - £17,000 p. annum + 20% monthly bonus

Working Hours - 37.5 hours p. week - shifted; (8am - 4pm / 11am - 7pm)

What will you be doing?
- Communicate with customers via email/telephone, providing information which clear, fair and not misleading
- Work in accordance with financial regulations
- Update client records accordingly
- Keep up to date with relevant training and policies
- Additional tasks as and when required
- Report queries and complaints raised by customers when required
- Identify trends and gaps in policies, procedures, strategies and systems

- Good phone manner and a friendly approach to customers
- Be a co-operative, positive and 'can-do' contributor to a team
- Able to manage workload effectively
- Works with strong attention to detail
- Can demonstrate high-level skills in verbal and written communication along with an ability to adapt these with sensitivity for customer needs
- Works with strong diligence around confidentiality with a working understanding of GDPR
- Has a mindset and orientation of customer service and care
- Have a good basic education with strong numeracy and literacy
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have previous experience of working in a customer service environment
