Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Adviser to join an amazing team in an established business on a permanent basis. Working in this friendly team, you will be involved with speaking to customers daily; always with the customer in mind and with the drive to deliver an excellent customer service. If you are looking for a role where job satisfaction will be taken to a whole new level, then this role could be for you.

Your duties will include:

Handling inbound telephone calls, e-mails and online correspondence through Live Chat with customers
Supporting all aspects of the journey from product queries, advice and aftersales care
Processing customer returns and exchanges
Taking ownership of any delivery issues, finding suitable solutions for everything that falls on your plate
Providing prompt, efficient and consistent information and communication in line with company policy
Liaising with couriers to ensure best service is maintained
Building a strong relationship with the product and marketing teams

Experience Required:

  • Previous customer service experience within a retail or trade environment is essential
  • Confident and outgoing telephone manner
  • Good IT skills - be able to pick up new systems quickly

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30-17.30, excellent benefits/holiday package.
