I am recruiting on behalf of my client who are looking for Customer Service Advisors to join their team in Rochdale town centre.
This role will be to contact customers on behalf of clients to confirm appointments for a specific event, time and date. Most contacts will be existing customers of the client so therefore minimal cold calling.
Desirable experience and skills to include:
- Telesales - proven experience on achieving targets in B2B and B2C environment
- Experience in a customer facing/contact role
- Automotive knowledge would be advantageous
- Consultative approach - quality over quantity
- Organised and determined to succeed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Accurate keyboard skills
You will be extremely professional and confident in your telephone ability and be able to build rapport quickly and easily and will have the skills to overcome objections.
This role pays £8.00per hour and starts on Monday 28th January and the client will need candidates who can work until 7pm on some evenings.
