Overview

A well known organisation based on the outskirts of Southampton is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join them. You will be working within a small team and the role will involve taking queries from customers by telephone and email, passing them on where necessary but resolving the problem if you can. It is a very busy role and requires someone who is happy dealing with a large volume of calls. Please note this is a role where you will provide excellent customer service and is not a sales role.

The Role

This is a busy role where no call will be the same. Some of the queries will be of a technical nature. Full training on products will be provided, but if you have an interest in how things work and enjoy providing excellent customer service then this could be the role for you.

Other duties will include:

• Taking a high volume of incoming calls from customers with a variety of queries: no one call will be the same.

• Responding to client emails and faxes

• Help to resolve customer complaints

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be someone who has previous customer service experience ideally from within a high call volume environment. You will need to be able to work under pressure and enjoy working within a small team. You will need to be pro-active and have good computer skills

Due to location, it is essential that you have your own transport. They have a great working environment and free parking.
