About the role
We are looking for someone who can work Monday to Friday for 8 hours each day in shifts from 8am to 6pm (a total of 40 hours a week).
This is an office based role where you will manage a range of telephone and email requests and queries from our customers, providing solutions and advice within the agreed service levels to ensure first class delivery. We will look for you to handle all queries within the established best practice and department procedures, referring for assistance when required. Full training will be provided.
The successful candidate will support and administer departmental tasks as required in a complete, efficient and productive manner, planning and organising your own work as required.
We are looking for someone who can build and develop positive relationships with all internal and external colleagues, suppliers and customers to ensure delivery of excellent customer service.
Ideally you will have previous experience of working in a similar role although this is not essential. Previous experience of working within the Customer Service Industry albeit in retail perhaps or Contact Centre though is a must. We need people who understand customers and can service their requirements in a professional manner both over the phone and via email.
