We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisor's to work for a large and expanding Contact Centre in Sunderland. There is start dates for this role on 14th and 28th January 2019 and it will be a temporary to permanent role.

The ideal candidate will be flexible and self-motivated with a good telephone manner. Candidates applying must have previous customer service experience either face to face or over the telephone. This can be Call Centre, Retail or Hospitality experience. You must also have a passion for providing a high-quality service to customers. Excellent IT skills is also essential for this role.

As a Customer Service advisor the main duties would include;

  • Taking inbound calls
  • Answering queries relating to product information

  • Updating computer system

The hours for this role are full time 37.5 hours per week working various shifts Monday to Friday between 8am and 10pm, Saturday between 8am and 6pm, Sunday between 9am and 5pm. This will be based on a shift rota working 1 in every 2 Saturdays and 1 in every 4 Sundays.
