Our client based in Cheadle are looking for Customer Service Advisor'!

Benefits for Customer Service Advisor':

    • Salary of £15,500 Pro Rata
    • Interviews -22.05.18
    • Hours from 4:30pm-10:30pm , 4 days on 4 days off or:
    • 9-12 month fixed term contract 5:30pm-10:30pm, 4 days on 4 days off.

Responsibilities for Customer Service Advisor':

  • To pro-actively pursue credit hire and credit repair opportunities
  • To manage and monitor credit repairs and credit hires
  • Arranging, monitoring & terminating replacement hire vehicles
  • Maximise hires started
  • Managing total losses
  • To deal with general claims queries and advising the client accordingly promoting credit services and advising of those best suited to the customer's needs
  • Efficiently dealing with written and verbal communications, both internal and external

Skills needed for Customer Service Advisor':

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills - the ability to convey messages in a clear and concise way
  • Effectively able to deal with challenging calls in a calm and empathetic manner
  • Ability to utilise sales techniques when dealing with third party insurers to ensure the quick recovery of our outlay
