Customer Service Advisor

In order to exceed their customer requirements my client is looking to recruit a confident and personable individual to join their dynamic team in delivering a first class service to their customers.

In this role you will be:

  • Supporting the Bodyshop Production Manager, general administration and customer service duties whilst always ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
  • You will be responsible for the administration of all Bodywork matters including receptionist duties, bookings, courtesy car diary control, and customer call backs.
  • Driving one of our vehicles, deliver and collect vehicles from Eastleigh and surrounding areas.

Requirements

Computer literate

Excellent customer service skills

Full clean driving licence (manual required)

In this role:

You will need to have a flexible approach to work, be of smart appearance and have a friendly disposition as you will be customer facing.
