Customer Service - starting salary £17,000 -Pulford, Chester - Permanent

An incredible opportunity has arisen with my client based in Chester, a well-established, highly reputable company and they are looking for great people, to join a great team.

To be successful you must be great with people, go the extra mile and have strong customer values. You can come from any industry, but you must be able to demonstrate that you have provided fantastic customer service either in a call centre of a large retailer. You must have a proven steady work history and be looking for a career not just a stop gap.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a great company who really look after their staff; they offer lots of training and development and real career progression!

This is a fast paced role that will involve inbound and outbound calls with customers to chase documentation and information. Working to deadlines with a strong focus on customer relationship management.

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure are essential skills for this role.

Key Requirements:

Must have excellent persuasion and influencing skills

An excellent telephone manner

Ability to build relationships

Ability to multi task

Methodical and thorough approach to work
Organised and able to prioritise effectively
Proficient using MS Office and the internet
Very customer focused and a good team player

Hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm and every other Saturday 10am - 2pm (this is paid as overtime)
