Shift work 6.30-8.30pm

Including weekends

£8-8.50 p/h

Our client requires a Customer Service Advisor to support the Customer Service team with the day to day duties including responding to customer queries. This a temporary role to start ASAP to provide additional support to our client

  • Responding to all customer interactions
  • Managing customer data
  • Driving continuous improvements

Your profile

  • Customer focus with excellent customer service experience
  • Be a confident problem solver
  • Experience of communicating well in all levels of the business
  • Able to recognise when process changes are needed and respond quickly in implementing them
