Kelly Services are working in partnership with a business located in Nottingham city centre. The company are seeking Customer Service Advisors to join their customer service team. You will possess strong customer service and administration skills.
Your new role
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for taking calls from current and new customers. You will be dealing with all bill queries and taking payments. You will also help set new customers up and renew current customer's accounts, ensuring all information regarding the account and customer is logged.
To succeed in the role
You will need to have previous contact centre experience, the ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative. You will need to be IT literate and be able to build rapport with customers, having excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
In return, the client offer an hourly pay of £8.50ph that increases to £9.10 an hour after 12 weeks. The hours of work are 37.5 per week Monday-Friday with one in 3 Saturdays worked.
