- Contact customers by phone and email regarding their account
- Proactively promote the benefits of memberships in order to retain the customer
- Provide information and feedback to Line Managers as required
- Advise customers and answer queries regarding their membership
The Essential Qualities Required:
Great customer service skills
Ability to deal with difficult situations
Strong communication - Written and Verbal
Microsoft Word and Excel
