Customer Advisor required for busy company in North West London.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be contributing to an ever-growing established company assisting customers to reduce their impact on the environment, conserve natural resources and reduce landfill.
The successful candidate will be responsible for client satisfaction by responding to incoming calls.
Ideally, you will have a confident and enthusiastic telephone manner.
You will be responsible for contacting prospective customers to introduce them to the company’s waste management and recycling services.
You will handle job bookings, queries, complete administration duties and accurately input details into the operational system.
You will be tasked with maintaining current customer relationships as well as creating and building new ones and contacting lapsed clients with the aim of becoming active customers again.

The successful Customer Service Advisor will have-
Excellent IT skills.
Have the ability to work well under pressure and to set timelines in a professional manner.
You must be enthusiastic and willing to learn.have previous experience in a waste environment if possible
