If you don't have a background in financial services, don't worry. We provide training, a specialist learning academy and friendly coaches too. So you'll feel confident to handle every call with a smile. We're alsolooking for Individuals who've worked in customer service (preferably in a call/contact centre job) and know how to communicate warmly and expertly.
As a Contact Centre Adviser, you'll need excellent written interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn quickly. So, no matter whether you're helping customers over the phone, on email, through the post or online, you'll meet all their needs - and their expectations.
