Customer Service Advisor

Yellow Bricks are hiring in High Wycombe for a permanent Customer Service Advisor, we are seeking a candidate who is highly literate as the role involves live web chat with business customers as well as over the phone interaction from the office. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am until 5:30


  • Answering product related enquiries from new and existing clients
  • Responding to the customer in a timely manner
  • Ensuring professionalism while conversing with customers
  • Recording information on the in-house systems
  • Placing orders accurately
  • Checking stock and advising customers
  • Advising customers of service related details
  • Making customers aware of services they may be entitled to
  • Maximising customer retention through high end service

This is a great role within a busy, mid sized, energising and fun environment. We want a candidate with personality who can work under pressure and multi task to the max.
