We have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to be based on the outskirts of Horsham. This is working for a gorgeous family run organisation as well as being part of a friendly and supportive team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background of working with the public in the customer focused environment. Due to the location of this role you must have access to a vehicle.


  • Professionally handle enquiries from customers, update systems accordingly and resolve effectively
  • Consistently demonstrate high levels of customer service standards and professional relationship with all internal and external customers
  • Take ownership of customer issues to ensure best possible outcome
  • Ensure feedback from customers is recorded onto the systems
  • Confident with diary management and coordinating appointments

Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience of working with the public in a customer focused environment
  • Team orientated
  • Have a good geographical understanding of the UK.
  • Organisational skills
  • Diary Management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Coordination of appointments
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Proven listening skills
  • Due to the location you must drive
