Customer Service Advisor

An opportunity to join an expanding and progressive company as a Customer Service Advisor within a fast-paced environment. As a Customer Service Advisor, your role will involve liaising with clients to effectively and consistently resolve any queries and to provide the highest standard of customer care, always aiming for excellence. The Customer Service Advisor will aim to answer all queries relating to their service and provide a first call resolution. You will also work very closely with internal teams to ensure continuity of service and to achieve your objectives. To apply for the Customer Service Advisor role, it is essential that you have previous phone-based customer service experience, preferably within a high-volume call centre or similar environment. The ability to learn new skills and systems quickly is essential, previous experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office programs is also desired.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer client queries; these queries vary in urgency and complexity, both telephone and email
  • Liaise with external clients, third parties, and internal teams to provide a satisfactory response to customers
  • Provide support to the Customer Relations Team
  • Updating in-house database
  • Report within service level agreements
  • Complete monthly satisfaction results
  • Collate data from customer tracking to measure panel performance
  • Take part in team meetings to share learning and improve processes
  • Perform other tasks as required by management
  • Undertake training as required
  • Deliver on your promises

Essential Skills:

  • Proven customer service experience gained within a telephone-based, commercial environment
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a positive outlook
  • Be able to work to and deliver objectives and targets
  • Demonstrate drive and determination to deliver results
  • Maintain an awareness and interest of developments and activities within the industry
