Pertemps is currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor for our client based in Cardiff to start as soon as possible!
About the role:
- Answering incoming calls regarding queries and requests
- Make calls from a call list to customers to collect orders
- Process Orders on internal systems
- To develop and maintain key relationships with customers and stakeholders in line with Company strategy for winning and delivering business
- To interact directly and daily with potential, new and existing clients
- To provide quality customer service, whilst dealing with high demand situations.
- Professional and positive approach
- Strong in building relationships and able to communicate at all levels
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent customer service attributes
- Excellent attention to detail
- Computer literate
- Able to resolve customer queries and problems
- Managing multiple tasks
- Being sales oriented
- Able to work under pressure
- Strong written and verbal English language skills
- Languages would be an advantage (Specifically Chinese, Indian or Polish)
