Customer service advisor

An international market research company are currently looking to recruit a customer service advisor (outbound) to join their growing team in Stockport.

The main duties of the role will include:

  • Generating leads through inbound and outbound calls in order to expand clientele.

  • Deal with existing and new clients and customers

  • Making calls and confidently discuss market knowledge and support any customer queries

  • Analysing customer situations and successfully provide strong feedback

  • Develop market research

  • Data entry

  • Complete questionnaires on customer accounts

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Telephone or customer service experience

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Confident and hardworking

  • Ability to work under pressure and to set targets

  • Language skills desirable

This is an excellent opportunity for somebody who is looking to work as part of a busy team and work with a host of international businesses. The ideal candidate needs to be immediately available can commit to a role on an ongoing basis.
