Our Client is looking to recruit articulate, highly - professional, energetic and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join their fun loving team.
Candidates must have a confident and professional telephone manner, with a can-do attitude, great communication skills and good eye for detail.
Duties will include:
- Taking inbound calls from customers/clients
- Conducting fact finding questionnaire
- Confirming details held on the system
- Updating account information where required
