Customer Service Advisor - TFL

Salary:£15,795 (£8.10ph)
Shift/Hours: Flexible 37.5 hours working between Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm
Start Date: Monday 16th April
Location: Capita House, Dearne Valley

Taking calls from customers visiting or living in London and applying discounts to their fees, you'll be able to answer every query and question, and pointing them in the direction of our online and app services. Patient and personable, you're the perfect person to give out instructions and information in a clear and consistent way.
