My client, who consists of a small group of prestige main car dealerships, is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their existing team. This role will be based in their Guildford dealership, so you need to be able to commute to Guildford.
- Deal with in excess of 100 inbound telephone calls per day by directing customers to the relevant department or securing bookings/appointments.
- Take every opportunity to increase sales and profitability, through the confident introduction of core, value added and incremental products
- Prospect customers to secure repeat business
- Ensure customers receive follow up calls, to ensure the highest levels of customer service are achieved
- Accurately record vehicle information
- Effective communicator and listener over the phone
- Previous call centre experience desirable
- Confident in own ability to upsell
Excellent package on offer. Working hours are a total of 42.5 per week covering Monday - Friday (7am-7pm) and Saturday mornings on a rota (8.30m-1pm).
