Salary: £16,380 rising to £17,062 after successfully passing 6 months probation

Job Title: First Group - Great Western Railway Customer Service Advisor
Shift/Hours: 37.5 hours per week. You are able to choose between rotational or late shifts. Essentially, pick the option that works best for you and your lifestyle - it's that simple! Shift patterns below:

6am to 11pm - on a 4 week rotational shift, 2 weeks 6am to 2pm, 1 week 9am to 5pm and 1 week 3pm to 11pm - working 1 weekend day each week.
3pm to 11pm - You can choose to either have Friday & Saturday off work or Sunday & Monday off work
