Customer Service Advisor - First Group

Salary: £15,990 rising to £16,477 after successfully passing 6 months probation
Location: Preston Brook
Start Date: 23rd April and 30th April 2018
Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Shift/Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Working on a shift basis between the hours of 6am to 11pm, 5 days out of 7 including 1 weekend day.

You'll help our customers with a range of queries and questions about lost property, delays, claims and complaints. We'll coach you to deliver a service that is positive, consistent, friendly and reliable so that each of your customers feel valued, understood and listened to.
