Can you build effective relationships with our customers?

Working within the Enterprise Customer Service team, your main priority will be ensuring that all of our customers receive a high level of service. Stakeholder management is key, and this role will keep you on your toes, since you'll need to respond to all customer queries within 48 hours of receipt. Your professionalism will ensure you resolve each one in a timely manner and in line with our specific service level agreements.

Your ability to communicate confidently, sometimes under pressure, whilst navigating our internal systems will be critical to your success, as will your ability to keep the systems fully updated with accurate customer information.

Since you'll be communicating with customers and external third parties every day, your desire to provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships is essential. You'll also need to consistently deliver excellent results against agreed objectives and comply with both internal and industry requirements (including Complaint Handling Standards).

The training and development you'll receive will give you the opportunity to enhance your skills and knowledge, with the potential to move to other teams within Customer Services.

In a role that challenges your ability to organise your daily priorities, you'll need a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and be confident about delivering excellent customer service. If this sounds like you, please apply now.
