Customer Service Advisor - Ecommerce - London - to £22k pro rata

Are you an Customer Service Advisor looking for a new role in London (W10)?

We’re recruiting with a fantastic Ecommerce business who provide stylish products to over 250 stores throughout the UK, Europe, Iceland, Middle East and Russia and have been doing so since 2007.

You’ll be joining an extremely friendly office of around 10 staff and working directly with Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join this growing business.

You’ll be working 4-5 hours per day on a Monday to Friday basis i.e. 9:30am-2pm (with some flexibility in hours). A salary of up to £22,000 pro rata is on offer.

Required skills:

You’ll have proven Ecommerce experience.

You’ll be confident & happy to speak to customers on the phone

You’ll be willing to go the extra mile and provide outstanding customer service.
