Our client is looking for an individual who has experience with communicating with unhappy customers and resolving complaints.

Duties will include:

  • Dealing with customer queries effectively
  • Responding to complaints within a set deadline
  • Liaise with office staff to receive feedback
  • Making a prompt solution for the customer
