We have full time temporary positions available for candidates with previous experience within a customer service environment, the roles will involve inbound call handling only and we are looking for enthusiastic, driven individuals to become a part of a large, successful local company!

The positions will involve:

  • Taking and processing customer orders over the phone
  • Assisting customers with navigation and issues regarding the company website
  • Dealing with product and order enquires
  • Resolving problems such as late deliveries and faulty goods
  • Using bespoke databases to record customer information

Hours of work will vary.

These vacancies are to start on the 7th February (Training) and will be working to and including 14th February.

No interviews required!
