Customer Care Administrator

Location – Bury St Edmunds Duration – Full time, Permanent

Hours – Monday to Friday, SOCIABLE WORKING HOURS!

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity with the potential to develop?

Our friendly client, based in Bury St Edmunds, is seeking an experienced administrator to join their successful law firm as Customer Care Administrator. Your role will be to provide excellent service to their clients and visitors, supporting an experienced team.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating with clients, ensuring exemplary service is provided
  • Maintaining the client database
  • Managing a company diary
  • Answering and directing calls appropriately
  • Collecting and organising post and DX
  • Scanning, photocopying, faxing, filing and taking payments
  • Marketing and events planning
  • Coordinating staff attendance at training courses
  • Managing staff welfare and social events
  • Assisting in other administrative tasks where required

Skills required:

  • Proven relevant experience in a similar client facing environment
  • Strong administration skills, well organised with the ability to multi-task
  • The ability to work pro-actively, prioritising own work load
  • PC proficient especially in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills at all levels
  • Full driving licence
