CRM Manager – Travel – Central London – Up to £50,000
My client is a leading business in the Travel sector and is looking for an experienced CRM Manager to join their marketing team. Reporting directly to the senior leadership team this position will lead all CRM activity across the business and be responsible for growing a CRM team. Internal Data and UX teams will collaborate with this new team to ensure the strategy is delivered to a high quality and on time.
- Experience in creating, implementing and optimising various CRM strategies.
- Experience in working across specialism to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Experience in Test & Learn programmes as well as segmentation and personalisation.
- Ideally have experience in management.
