CRM Manager | London | £50,000 - £60,000

A leading online business are looking for a Senior CRM Manager to join their London office to plan and deliver a CRM strategy that spans all channels and touchpoints. This is a newly created role and you will have full ownership of the CRM strategy and will be tasked with growing a capable and dynamic CRM team.


  • Working with the broader marketing team to ensure effective end-to-end delivery of CRM campaigns across email, SMS and push.
  • Ensuring communications are customer-centric and insight driven
  • On-going optimisation (test & learn approach) to campaigns
  • Translate the new customer plans into execution schedules by collaborating with Marketing, Data, Brand and Ops teams
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders as the business moves through the delivery of the new programme


  • Ideally educated to degree level
  • Solid CRM experience across multiple channels (SMS, Email, Loyalty)
  • Ideally B2B & B2C knowledge
  • Data driven and analytical mindset
  • Ideally Salesforce experience
