Our client, a leading luxury food and drink brand, currently requires a CRM Data Insight Analyst to help develop the understanding of customer behaviour.
Candidates will be responsible for be drawing insightful analysis from a vast amount of data, with clear actions, with keen eye for detail, and communicating your recommendations to a wide audience including the senior management team. The role will span across both B2C and B2B channels. You will track customer and commercial KPIs, and identify underlying cause of KPI movements and its impact to the business through developing KPI dashboards, monthly tracking and analysis of business KPIs.
Candidates need to be educated to be an analytical and strategic thinker who will take ownership for collecting business critical requirements, analysing vast amounts of customer data, and visualising the findings to increase campaign effectiveness and support commercial decision making across the business. You will be educated to degree level within a statistical or related field and be highly skilled in analysing large datasets using Excel, SQL and data mining tools.
