Cover Supervisor

Tradewind Recruitment are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Cover Supervisor for a secondary school based in Chester.

The role is a full-time position as a Cover Supervisor starting after Easter from 15th April through until July 2024. The school day starts at 8:30am to 3:15pm and the ideal candidate would be available to work Monday to Friday.

This is an exciting opportunity for students and recent graduates who would like to work within an educational setting and gain valuable skills working in a classroom environment. The ideal person must be positive, enthusiastic, and resilient daily and help motivate students.

As a cover supervisor you will be responsible for supervising classes throughout the week in various subjects, helping supervise set work from class teachers, safeguarding children, and managing the behaviours of students. To be considered for this role, we will need -

• Proof of Right to Work, this could be your Passport or Birth Certificate.
• A CV that covers 10 years of education or employment.
• A fully enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to process one with us. (We will refund the cost of the DBS)
