The Opportunity

There is a vacancy for an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join a highly successful department in the firm’s Bristol office. There will be bias towards Financial Services work that will cover corporate finance, investment funds, FS transactional work and M&As amongst others.

What do I need to apply?

You will be an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE gained within this area of law

It is likely that you will have dealt with consumer credit, funds and public company matters

An excellent communicator with the ability to break down complex matters for your clients
