A Cambridge based, independent insurance broker has a vacancy for a Corporate Insurance Account Handler paying up to £30,000 to join their existing team of friendly commercial insurance professionals.
The successful candidate will be able to deal with existing insurance customers over the phone, on-line or by post and will be required to handle significant corporate commercial insurance programs, the technical broking administration linked to them and all stages of the insurance policy, in a timely manner. Other skills such as working to deadlines, negation and initiative are also required when speaking to insurers and customers. Experience can come from an insurance broking or insurance company background supported by CII qualifications. Classes of insurance will cover Motor, Property, Liability and Financial Lines with full training provided on niche and specialist products where required. Experience of Acturis and Sirius would be an advantage but full training can be provided.
This role requires at least 2 years of insurance experience servicing corporate customers and working closely with Commercial Insurance Account Executives in the Cambridge area.
