A top rated and technical Corporate Solicitor is sought by a Top 100 UK Law Firm with offices across the South/South West to join their Corporate department in Bristol

The rapidly expanding Corporate department in Bristol is seeking an additional Corporate Solicitor to play a key role in contributing to the continued success of the department.

The successful candidate will be working for a number of our leading partners in the Corporate team under a supervising Partner on a range of transactions and projects across our key market sectors. For the right candidate, there is outstanding progression leading to senior positions in the firm.

Skills and Responsibilities

A minimum of 2+ years PQE in handling a range of Corporate matters including transactional corporate sales and acquisitions and mergers

The successful Solicitor will carry good team working skills along with the ability to communicate and work effectively alongside other lawyers

You will be responsible for your own caseload of files and be gaining exposure to a high quality caseload of Corporate files

Ideal Solicitors will have a solid academic background together a strong background in handling all types of Corporate matters within a top UK Law Firm
